1. Full-time and part-time academic staff and research assistants in the Bilkent University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture and the Department of Archaeology and History of Art may borrow 10 art books at one time for 15 days.

2. Other Bilkent full-time academic staff and research assistants may borrow 5 art books at one time for 15 days.

3. Other Bilkent part-time academic staff may not borrow art books.

4. Students working for a master or doctorate in the Bilkent University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture or the Department of Archaeology and History of Art may borrow 10 art books, special master or doctoral students of these departments may borrow 2 art books and other master or doctoral students may borrow 5 art books at one time for 15 days.

5. Bilkent University administrative staff who are enrolled in a graduate program in art may borrow 5 art books at one time for 15 days.

6. Art books on reserve are lent for two hours. If not requested by another reader, they may be borrowed for an additional two hours. Art books on reserve are not lent overnight.

7. Loans of art books via a "University Inter-library Loan/Photocopy Request Form" (on the condition that the user be academic staff or research assistant in the respective university's Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Communication, Department of Archaeology and History of Art) are limited to 2 books at one time for 15 days within Ankara and 30 days outside Ankara.

8. Bound art journals are lent to full-time Bilkent University academic staff and research assistants and master's and doctoral students and part-time academic staff in the Bilkent University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture and the Department of Archaeology and History of Art (2 journals at one time for 15 days).

9.  Published theses related to art may be borrowed by everyone who may borrow art books (2 published theses at one time for 15 days).
