II. Music Department full-time academic staff may borrow at one time 20 items of printed music for 30 days, 10 compact discs or music casettes for 15 days.

III. Music Department part-time academic staff may borrow at one time 10 items of printed music and 5 compact discs or music casettes for 15 days.

IV. Students from the Department of Music may borrow at one time 4 compact discs or music cassettes for 15 days.

V. Other members of Bilkent University may borrow at one time 4 compact discs or music casettes for 7 days.

VI. Instrumental parts are issued as a set and must be returned together. Unbound instrumental parts may not be borrowed.

VII. Braille music items may be borrowed by members and non-members of Bilkent University. Up to 5 pieces of braille music may be borrowed at one time for 15 days.

VIII. In the case of loss of Music Room material, the borrower will be obliged to pay its replacement value (including the binding price for printed music) in Turkish Liras at the Central Bank rate of exchange prevailing on the day of payment, plus 50%, together with the amount owing for late returns as of the date on which the item is reported as lost. In the case of loss of any part of the printed music, the borrower will be obliged to pay the price of the entire set.
