ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Digital Library
The fundamental components of the ACM Portal are an enhanced version of the ACM Digital Library plus an extended bibliographic database, consisting initially of more than a quarter-million citations of core works in computing. These works are of all types (journals, proceedings, books, technical reports, theses, among others), and from all the major publishers in the discipline. The ACM Portal provides an Online Guide to Computing Literature and a "reading room" for ACM's own literature in the ACM Digital Library. ACS (American Chemical Society) Publications
With ACS Journal Archives, you have fast access to 120 years of the most cited chemistry research. This new online archive lets you search the full text of all titles published by ACS from 1879 to the present.

ARTFL (Project for American & French Research on the Treasury of the French Language)
The ARTFL project provides access to two databases (for sites outside of North America). The first is a database of French literature, FRANTEXT. The second is access to an online version of the Encyclopédie Diderot, "a complete on-line version of the first edition of Diderot and d'Alembert's Encyclopédie". Access is in French, via the Institut National de la Langue Française.

African Journals Online (AJOL)
African Journals Online is a service to provide access to African published research and increase world wide knowledge of indigenous scholarship.

America: History and Life and Historical Abstracts
America: History and Life and Historical Abstracts together index and abstract over 1,700 journal titles. Journals indexed in America: History and Life are specific to American history. Citations go back to 1964 for select titles. Journals indexed in Historical Abtracts cover a wide range of historical subject matter, and include journals published in many languages, including Turkish journals. Citations for Historical Abstracts date back to 1955 for select titles.

American Institute of Physics /American Physical Society
Provides full text access to American Institute of Physics and American Physical Society journals subscribed to via the ANKOS library consortium.

American Slavery: A Composite Autobiography, and A Comprehensive Name Index for the American Slave
"Between 1936 and 1938, the WPA Federal Writers' Project hired field workers to collect the life histories of former slaves. Transcripts for 2,000 interviews, from seventeen states, were then compiled by the Library of Congress. In 1972, George Rawick assembled the Library's collection—over 10,000 typescript pages—in The American Slave: A Composite Autobiography. In 1997, the collection was indexed by Howard Potts for A Comprehensive Name Index for The American Slave. L'Année Philologique
Published by the Société Internationale de Bibliographie Classique, L'Année philologique
includes 600,000 bibliographic records for the years 1949 to 2004, with 12,500
new records added each year. The index includes references to 1,500 journals in French,
English, German, Italian and Spanish .The records are classified in a two-part system:
Ancient authors and texts; Subjects and disciplines.

Annual Reviews
Annual Reviews Online is a comprehensive collection of critical review articles for the literature in various scholarly disciplines, and provides access to 33 journals in full-text for the biomedical, physical and social sciences.

ArchNet
ArchNet is an online community for architects, planners, urban designers, landscape architects, and scholars, with a special focus on the Islamic world. The goal of ArchNet is to provide an accessible server, images, Geographic Information System and Computer-Aided Design databases, a searchable text library, bibliographical reference databases, online lectures, curricular materials, papers, essays, and reviews, discussion forums and statistical information. Access is free, but you must register first.

Art and Archaeology Technical Abstracts (AATA)
AATA Online is a comprehensive database of more than 100,000 abstracts of literature related to the preservation and conservation of material cultural heritage." Users must register first, but this is a free service. (from the AATA website)

ArXiv is an e-print service in the field of physics, mathematics, non-linear science and computer science. ArXiv  is a fully automated electronic archive and distribution server for research papers.

Beck-Online Die Datenbank
Beck-Online Die Datenbank is a German-language, full-text database, providing access to German legal resources, statutes, cases, commentaries and journal articles.

BioMed Central
An online publisher of medical and biological journals.  The research articles in all journals are "open access".  These articles are immediately and permanently available online without charge.  Some reviews or paper reports require a subscription.

Braintrack University-Index
Braintrack is a worldwide University-Index on the Internet. It contains Internet-Addresses of Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges and other higher educational institutions all over the world.

CELEX
Celex is a primary resource for European Community Law. The database lets you search the full-text in 11 official languages of legal acts, regulations, treaties, directives issued by the European Union institutions and bodies. It also includes preparatory documents and the case law of the European Court of Justice.


CEPR (Centre for Economic Policy Research)
CEPR Discussion Papers is research made available quickly in order to 
 generate comment and suggestions for revision or improvement. Papers may 
 have been presented at conferences or workshops already, but will not 
 yet have been published in journals. Over 3000 Discussion Paper 
 Abstracts are currently available online. Also, all Discussion Papers 
 published since the beginning of 1999 (i.e. from no.2050) are available 
 as electronic (PDF) files.

CORDIS (Community Research & Development Information Service)
CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service, is a free service provided by OPOCE(Official Publications of the European Communities) as an activity of the FP6 Programme "Structuring the European Research Area". The database includes full-text official information for the implementation of the EU research Framework Programmes.

Cambridge Journals Online
Cambridge Journals Online includes approximately 100 full text journals in a range of subject areas, published by Cambridge University Press.

Canada Theses Service
The mission of Theses Canada is to acquire and preserve a comprehensive collection of Canadian theses at the National Library of Canada.

Contains an enormous amount of international financial data from national governments, the OECD, the IMF, Exchanges and many other sources. Datastream contains a series of constantly and accurately updated databases, many covering as much as 20 years of information. The principal databases cover bonds, company accounts, economic series, equities, international market indexes and financial & commodity futures and traded options.

igital Academic Repositories (DARE)

The Dare programme is a joint initiative by all the Dutch universities and the National Library of the Netherlands, the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). DARE includes 47,000 academic articles and other digital resources, including bibliographic information, full text materials, and audio and video files.

EBSCOhost

EBSCOhost includes several databases under its umbrella, which can be searched simultaneously or individually. These include:

     Academic Search Complete. Academic Search Complete, designed specifically for academic institutions, is a multidisciplinary database featuring access to full-text scholarly articles from more than 5,300 full text periodicals and other sources, covering the social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts and literature, medical sciences, etc. The database goes back as far as 1865, with the majority of titles as full text
    Art Abstracts: A bibliographic database related to all aspects of the visual arts, with abstracts dating back to January 1994 and citations dating back to September 1984. Coverage includes 378 international art publications, including periodicals, yearbooks and museum bulletins.
   Book Index with Reviews: Book Index with Reviews includes bibliographic and full-text book reviews. It provides reviews of nearly 4 million book titles, both fiction and non-fiction, and more than 800,000 full text searchable reviews, 450,000 music titles, 200,000 DVD, over 650,000 tables of content, over 90,000 first chapters. This database can be used to find books by author, topic, popularity, and so on.
     Business Source Complete: "Business Source Complete is a full-text business database, providing access to over 10,000 scholarly business journals and other sources. It is a comprehensive database for full-text journals in all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, MIS (Management Information System), POM (Production and Operations Management), accounting, finance and economics. Business Source Complete provides indexing and abstracts for the most important scholarly business journals back to 1886. "
 
Computers & Applied Sciences Complete: Computers & Applied Sciences Complete covers the research and development spectrum of the computing and applied sciences disciplines. It contains collected knowledge on traditional engineering challenges & research, and is a resource for research concerning the business and social implications of new technology. CASC provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,470 academic journals, professional publications, and other reference sources from a diverse collection. Full text is also available for more than 660 periodicals. Subject areas include the many engineering disciplines, computer theory & systems, new technologies, and social & professional context. Research is aided by the inclusion of searchable cited references for key journals.

  EconLit: Produced by the American Economic Association, EconLit provides citations and some abstracts to the international literature on economics since 1969. "EconLit covers a broad range of document types published world-wide, including journal articles, books, and dissertations, as well as articles in collective works, such as conference proceedings and collected essay volumes. The database also includes Abstracts of Working Papers in Economics from the Cambridge University Press database, Index of Economic Articles in Journals & Collective Volumes and the full text of the Journal of Economic Literature book reviews. EconLit topics include economic development, forecasting, and history; fiscal theory; monetary theory and financial institutions; business finance; public finance; and international, labour, health care, managerial, demographic, regional, agricultural, and urban economics; country studies, and government regulations."      EJS E-Journals: EJS E-Journals from EBSCOhost allows search and retrieval of citations, abstracts and full texts. Users will have access to some titles from publishers who have given EBSCO permission to re-use Table of Contents and abstract information in an aggregated database. Most of these titles are scientific, technological or medical in nature.
    ERIC (Educational Resource Information Center)
: ERIC is the primary repository for educational literature. Covers a broad range of topics in that area and so could be worth looking at even if you aren't necessarily looking for education as a topic. Includes access to free electronic (PDF) texts and 708 full-text ERIC journals.
Environment Complete:Environment Complete offers deep coverage in applicable areas of agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, renewable energy sources, natural resources, marine & freshwater science, geography, pollution & waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning, and more. Environment Complete contains more than 1,772,000 records from more than 1,660 domestic and international titles going back to the 1940s (including 1,094 active core titles) as well as more than 100 monographs. The database also contains full text for more than 600 journals, including many of the most used journals in the discipline, such as Environment (back to 1975), Ecologist, Conservation Biology, etc. Additionally, Environment Complete provides full text for more than 100 monographs, such as Encyclopedia of World Environmental History (3 volumes), Advances in Water Treatment & Environmental Management, etc.

   History Reference Center: History Reference Center is a full-text history reference database designed for secondary schools, public libraries, junior/community colleges, and undergraduate research. The database features full text for more than 2,000 reference books, encyclopaedias and non-fiction books from leading history publishers and also includes full text for more than 120 leading history periodicals. In addition, the database contains more than 59,600 historical documents; more than 49,600 biographies of historical figures; more than 110,200 historical photos and maps; and more than 80 hours of historical video.
    Hospitality & Tourism Complete: Hospitality & Tourism Complete is a bibliographic database covering scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. This comprehensive database contains more than 470,000 records from 500 titles, with coverage going back to the early 1960s.
Humanities International Complete:
Humanities International Complete provides full-text of hundreds of journals, books and other published sources from around the world. This database also contains full text for more than 220 journals and a dozen full-text monographs including Handbook of Electronic & Digital Acquisitions (2006), Library/Vendor Relationships (2006), Journals of the Century, etc. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s.
   Legal Collection: Legal Collection access full text for nearly 250 of the law journals and covers legal topics such as criminal justice, international law, federal law, organized crime, medical, labor and human resource law, environment and much more.
   MasterFILE Premier: MasterFILE Premier, designed specifically for public libraries, provides full text for more than 1,730 general periodicals covering a broad range of disciplines, including general reference, business, education, health, general science, multi-cultural issues and much more. In addition to the full text, this database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 2,400 titles.
   MEDLINE: MEDLINE provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE uses MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) and search citations from over 4,800 current biomedical journals.
   MLA Directory of Periodicals: Over 7,100 titles are included; of these, over 4,400 are currently indexed. The entries list editorial addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, frequency of publication, descriptions of the periodicals' scopes, circulation figures, subscription prices and addresses, advertising information, and submission guidelines. The directory also provides statistics on how many articles and book reviews the periodicals publish each year, as well as how many are submitted.
    MLA International Bibliography: Produced by the Modern Language Association, the MLA International Bibliography provides citations to articles, monographs, working papers, proceedings, bibliographies and other formats in the fields of literature, language, linguistics and folklore. Coverage begins in 1963 and continues to the present. The MLA also includes the MLA Directory of Periodicals, which provides addresses, advertising rates, and information about submission for publication for over 3700 periodicals regularly covered in the Bibliography.
  Newspaper Source:Newspaper Source provides cover-to-cover full-text for five national (U.S.)and 20 international newspapers, including The Christian Science Monitor, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Washington Times, The Times (London), and The Toronto Star, etc. The database also contains selected full text for more than 335 regional(U.S.) newspapers, including The Chicago Tribune, The Detroit Free Press, The Miami Herald, The Daily News (New York), and The San Jose Mercury News, etc. In addition, full text television & radio news transcripts are provided from ABC News, CBS News, CNN, CNN International, FOX News, NPR, etc.
   Professional Development Collection: Professional Development Collection, designed for professional educators, provides a highly specialized collection of 520 high-quality education journals, including nearly 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports. Full text information in the Professional Development Collection dates as far back as 1965. In addition to full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for more than 700 journals.
 PsycARTICLES, produced by the American Psychological Association (APA), provides full-text access from 1894 to the present for 60 psychology journals, 49 published by the APA itself and 11 by allied organizations. Areas covered include general psychology, as well as applied, clinical and theoretical psychology. PsycARTICLES is available through EBSCOhost.
  PsycCRITIQUES, produced by the American Psychological Association (APA), is an electronic serial of book reviews featuring full-text reviews of current scholarly and professional books in psychology. The database also contains critiques of popular films and trade books from a psychological perspective. More than 36,000 reviews are included, dating back to 1956.
 PsycINFO, is a bibliographical database produced by the American Psychological Association (APA), containing over 2 million references and abstracts of articles, books, book chapters, dissertations and reports in psychology and related disciplines from 1887 to the present. PsycINFO is available through EBSCOhost.
  Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection: The Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection is a comprehensive database providing nearly 575 full-text publications, including 550 peer-reviewed journals. The database covers topics such as emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry and psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods. In addition to the full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for all journals in the collection.
   Race Relations Abstracts: Race Relations Abstracts provides abstracts of periodical articles about race and race relations; and covers issues relating to discrimination, education, employment, health, politics, law and legislation.
    Regional Business News: "Regional Business News is a collection of full text newswires which incorporates news information from all over the world. Scientific American Archive Online is a comprehensive, searchable science and technology resource containing the full text and graphics of every Scientific American issue from 1993 to the present.     Urban Studies Abstracts: Urban Studies Abstracts includes bibliographic records covering essential areas related to urban studies, including urban affairs, community development, urban history, and other areas of key relevance to the discipline.
 


EBSCOhost Electronic Journals Service (EJS)
EBSCOhost EJS provides access to the full text of all Bilkent University Library's on-line EBSCO journal subscriptions. A journal search feature lets you browse journals as well as determine if Bilkent has a subscription. You can also access tables of contents and some abstracts.

E-print Network
The E-print Network reveals a wealth of valuable research mainly in physics, chemistry, biology, engineering, computer and information technologies and other disciplines. All this content, close to 20 million pages of full text, is available to users at no charge.

ERIC (Education Resources Information Center)

Ebrary Online Sheet Music is a database which have over 9000 sheet music with unlimited accsessibility.This database contains sheet music of some famous composers such as Bach, Mozart, Schubert and some orijinal scores printed between 1850-1920 as well.

Electronic Library of Mathematics
The Electronic Library of Mathematics contains online journals, article collections, monographs, and other electronic resources in the field of mathematics. All material is in electronic form and access is generally free.

The Electronic Mathematics Archiving Network Initiative (EMANI)
EMANI, now offers free access to 100 mathematical journals from various publishing companies. As well as digitally produced journals, these also include retro-digitised journals, such as Mathematische Annalen, which has been published by the scientific publishing company Springer-Verlag since 1869.

Encyclopaedia Britannica Online
Encyclopaedia Britannica Online is the electronic version of the Encyclopaedia Britannica which has been published since 1768. It covers more than 300,000 web-sites, 118,000 articles, 2000 video clips, sound files, animations, photographs, drawings, maps and flags. Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and Thesaurus are also available through this database.

Ergonomics Abstracts Online 
Ergonomics Abstracts Onlineis a bibliographical database, containing abstracts of journal papers, books, reports and conference proceedings for the following fields: ergonomics, job design, occupational health, psychology, physiology, biomechanics, engineering, architecture and environment.

 Euromonitor International's Global Market Information Database 
GMID is a full-text database which provides economic news, marketing reports, statistics, company profiles and various other sources of information on countries, consumers and industrial companies. It is a basic resource for those interested in business, economics, marketing, customer behavior, statistics and tourism.

Factiva
A news database service. It provides access to Dow Jones and Reuters Newswires and The Wall Street Journal. Articles are available from more than 4,000 Reuters and Dow Jones journalists worldwide - just minutes after the news appears in real-time services. Factiva also offers access to more than 900 non-English sources and tracks news on more companies than are publicly listed on all the global stock exchanges combined, with over 300,000 company codes. NOTE: Not recommended for use with NETSCAPE browser.

FirstGov For Science
FirstGov for Science provides a gateway to information resources at United States government science agencies. It contains reliable information resources selected by the respective agencies as their best science information. Two major types of information are included-selected authoritative science Web sites and databases of technical reports, journal articles, conference proceedings, and other published materials. (The specific content varies by database.) The Web pages and the databases can be searched individually or simultaneously from the search page. Full text of U. S. patents from 1976 to the present, searchable by keyword or by patent number. Images are accessible in either PDF or TIFF format.

GATT Digital Library
The GATT Digital Library provides access to documents and information of and about the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), an organization that promoted international commerce and the reduction of trade barriers among member states from 1947-1994. This digital library was created in a partnership between the Stanford University Libraries & Academic Information Resources (SULAIR) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Global Books in Print
Global Books in Print is a database of English language book, audio and video titles. This database provides publisher information and can help verify whether a title is still in print. In addition, some titles include links to full text reviews. The database also includes brief biographies for over 6,000 authors.

Global Development Finance - GDF Online 
Contains statistical data for the 138 countries that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank Debtor Reporting System. The database covers external debt stocks and flows, major economic aggregates, and key debt ratios as well as average terms of new commitments, currency composition of long-term debt, debt restructuring, and scheduled debt service projections. Results can be scaled, indexed against a particular year, viewed by percentage change, and charted. Data can also be exported in standard formats like Excel.

Global Financial Data
Global Financial Data is a source for historical stock market, financial and economic data unavailable from any other online source. The GFD Database includes over 8500 current and historical data series covering over 200 countries that have been collected from original sources.

Grove Art Online
Grove Art Online provides Web access to the entire text of The Dictionary of Art (1996, 34 vols.) with annual additions of new material and updates to the text, plus extensive image links and all the sophisticated search advantages possible with an online reference sources. Grove Art Online has over 40.000 links to important art images in galleries and museums around the world. Grove Music Online
The New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians includes encyclopedia-style entries on musicians, music definitions, instruments, genres of music, etc. The online version covers the equivalent of 29 print volumes and will continue to be updated on a regular basis. HeinOnline 
HeinOnline a major legal full-text database from U.S. It also includes some journals from Canadian, UK, Australia and New Zealand. It provides access to back issues of journals HeinOnline has four major collections: the Law Journal Library, the Federal Register Library, the Treaties and Agreements Library, and the U.S. Supreme Court Library.

HighWire: Free Online Full-text Articles
Stanford University Library's HighWire Press is an online publisher for scholarly journals focusing primarily on science, technology, and medicine. It supports and produces scores of journals from professional societies and commercial publishers. Many of the journals hosted by Highwire make online full-text articles freely available only after a certain time (embargo periods). 

ICPSR (Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research)
ICPSR stands for the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research, located within the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan. The ICPSR database provides access to the world's largest archive of computerized social science data. Data sets may be requested by e-mailing the Library at automation@bilkent.edu.tr.

IEEE/ IEE Electronic Library (IEL)
IEEE Xplore provides full-text access to IEEE transactions, journals, magazines and conference proceedings published since 1988 plus select content back to 1950, and all current IEEE Standards. 

INIS Database
The International Nuclear Information System (INIS) is the leading information source for scientific and technical literature published worldwide on the peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology. INIS maintains a bibliographic database, entitled INIS Database, which currently contains over 2.4 million references with English abstracts from 1970 to the present. The Database is updated weekly.


IOP(Institute of Physics) Electronic Journals

Provides access to Institute of Physics journals subscribed to via the ANKOS library consortium. 


ISI Emerging Markets

ISI Emerging Markets provides current, comprehensive country and company information from more than 500 sources for emerging markets in Turkey as well as in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe etc. Arranged by country, this resource includes: country profiles; macroeconomic statistics, forecasts, and analysis; reports on financial markets, companies and industries; exchange rates; analyst reports; and business news.


ISI Web of Knowledge
  Arts and Humanities Citation Index (1980- present):  This gives access to ISI Web of Science which locates abstracts and citation information for articles and working papers in the broad fields of arts and humanities. Also this database provides individual  author or article citation records. (How many times an article has been cited, where it has been cited, who cited the article, etc.).
   Journal Citation Reports: Journal Citation Reports is a database comprising a total of  7500 academic and technical journals published in the fields of science, technology and the social sciences. The database evaluates and compares journals by assessing their citations. It also gives information about the impact factors and the research performance of journals.

   Social Sciences Citation Index (1980- present): This gives access to ISI Web of Science which locates abstracts and citation information for articles and working papers in the broad fields of social sciences. International Medieval Bibliography (IMB)

MathSciNet is a comprehensive database covering the world's mathematical literature of the past 61 years…MathSciNet provides active links from reviews to the full text of more than 119,000 online articles in over 190 journals. The number of active links increases by about 20 per day. The links take you directly to the online article which may be at the publisher's or journal's Web site or at the Web site of a service such as JSTOR. Periodicals Archive Online is a full-text database covering the arts, humanities and social sciences. Periodicals Index Online is a citation database of almost 15 million articles from journals in the arts, humanities and social sciences, going back as far as 1665.

ProQuest Dissertations and Theses - Provides access to citations and full text (for purchase) for doctoral dissertations and master's theses. Includes citations for dissertations published from 1980 forward as well as 350-word abstracts written by the author. Citations for master's theses from 1988 forward include 150-word abstracts.

RAPID
Daily News on all official EU activities from the Spokesman's Service of the European Commission. The RAPID NG database contains all the Press Releases of the Commission since 1985, the great majority of them in at least two languages (English and French). It also contains Press Releases of some of the other European institutions, including particularly the Council of the Union, Council of Ministers, Court of Justice, Court of Auditors, Economic and Social Commiitte, Committee of the Regions.

Science Direct
Science Direct provides searches across, and access to, full text journals in the sciences. Currently Bilkent has access to over 1800 of these journals. Included in Science Direct are the titles formerly published by Academic Press/Ideal.  In addition, Science Direct is providing a new web search service called Scirus, which searches for valid scientific sites on the web.

SourceOECD
SourceOECD was created to fill the gap between the detailed data collected through industrial surveys, and national accounts data. SourceOECD permits the construction of a wide range of industry- and aggregate-level indicators of industrial structure and the evolution of performance (e.g. import penetration, investment per employee, export market shares) and enables modeling exercises at a detailed industrial level. 

 SpringerLink Electronic Journals

TCMB Article Search
Provides citations and some full text to articles on the Turkish economy, and economics in Turkey. Can be searched in either English or Turkish.

 Taylor anf Francis Online Journals
Taylor and Francis Online Journals is the service from Taylor and Francis Publishing. It holds full-text articles of over 1,200 journals from 1997 to the present. The subjects covered range across health science, life and physical sciences, technology, medicine, to arts and humanities, social sciences, business, and education.

Turnitin is a database renowned for its plagiarism detection service. The World Bank e-Library
The World Bank e-Library is an electronic portal to the World Bank's full-text collection of books, reports, and other documents. It brings together in a fully indexed and cross-searchable database, over 1,000 titles published by the World Bank during the past several years, plus every new title as it is published. 

World Development Indicators Online (World Bank)
WDI Online is a data source on the global economy. It contains statistical data for over 550 development indicators and time series data from 1960-2000 for over 200 countries and 18 country groups. Data includes social, economic, financial, natural resources, and environmental indicators. Data selection screens are intuitive and easy to use. Results can be scaled, indexed against a particular year, viewed by percentage change, and charted. There are also data export options in standard formats like Excel.

World Economic Outlook Database (IMF)
Published by the International Monetary Fund, the World Economic Outlook (WEO) database is created during the biannual WEO exercise. Selected series that are available in the WEO publication are available on this website.

World of Learning online is the electronic counterpart to the longstanding print reference of the same name. The online version provides a searchable database of over 30,000 universities, colleges, schools of art and music, libraries, learned societies, research institutes, museums and art galleries. Brief descriptions include mailing, phone and fax information, lists of faculty and their specializations, numbers of volumes held and special features for libraries, and important staff and officials.
